UK VISA SERVICE

Spouse & Partner Visa

Reunite with your British citizen or settled partner. I build evidence packages that satisfy the Home Office's relationship genuineness tests — thoroughly and compassionately.

Who Is This Visa For?

The Spouse or Partner visa allows you to join your partner in the UK if they are: • A British citizen • A person with settled status (ILR or EU settled status) • A person with refugee status or humanitarian protection You must be in a genuine and subsisting relationship — either married, in a civil partnership, or in a relationship akin to marriage lasting 2+ years (unmarried partners).

Financial Requirements

The minimum income requirement is £29,000 per year (as of April 2024). This can be met through: • Employment or self-employment income of the UK-based sponsor • Cash savings above £16,000 (calculated using a specific formula) • A combination of income and savings Financial evidence is the most common refusal ground. I meticulously verify every payslip, bank statement, and tax return to ensure your package is bulletproof.

Proving Your Relationship

The Home Office will assess whether your relationship is genuine and subsisting. I help couples build comprehensive evidence including: • Chronological relationship timeline with supporting documents • Communication evidence (messages, call logs, video call screenshots) • Visit evidence (boarding passes, passport stamps, photos with metadata) • Co-habitation evidence and shared financial commitments • Statutory declarations from friends and family • Wedding/ceremony documentation
